This is to help students studying HSC feel confident that they are being the best version of themselves and how to stay motivated to be successful throughout the entire duration of the HSC year. It provides students with self-awareness and action steps to make good decisions to boost their own positive mindset. They will learn what they need for their own optimal performance level and how to execute efficient study skills and study planning techniques. The workshop focuses on wellbeing management as a key component towards HSC performance success.

The program format is for the students in Year 11 & Year 12. There is a program designed for both year groups. There is also a supportive program designed for parents. Katrina believes parents in the HSC year also need support on how they can too, be the best version of themselves.
