Strategies can not survive without the right culture!

Katrina will work in partnership with the team’s management to suggest initiatives to build a high performance team culture. She will develop and deliver educational opportunities within the context of the given objective. Katrina brings to the program her inviable insights working with Australia’s top elite athletes and her understanding of what is required for a positive high performance team culture.

The Program will focus on building a high-performance team culture with a strong emphasis on individual respect and empathy. Individuals will explore what high performance success looks like and how it can be recognised. The process will be providing individual’s to undertake exercises of self-awareness to become aware of their own personal behaviours and characteristics and measured against athletes operating in a high performance environment. It will provide opportunity for self- reflective exercises on what is their ‘why’, what is their ‘purpose’, and what do they stand for.

The style of support is a respectful opportunity for the individual to experience a workplace situation that they feel they are being heard and supported. They will explore their own needs and road blocks as well as the team’s needs and roadblocks. There is opportunity for teams to create their own culture.

The facilitative approach to learning will be based on self-ownership and accountability for their own actions. It is supported by parallel analogies and stories based from elite athletes achieving high performance success. Overall, the goal will become very clear to all participants, ‘how can I change for my team’s success’
