as Owner of Career confidence, katrina mulcahy runs Workshops, Presentations and Individual coaching Sessions to help with Athlete Wellbeing & Performance, HSC Wellbeing & Performance, Career Management and Corporate Consultancy.

Katrina specialises in helping people to identify the right characteristics, behaviours and resources to achieve their goals.  Her approach supports people in understanding themselves and their situation to determine the strategies they need to successfully achieve their goals.  Katrina works within a high performance and wellbeing framework and is known for her strategic, personalised and outcome focused approach.

She is a mother of two sons, both of whom have represented Australia in their sport overseas and both of whom have experienced dual career success in HSC and being an elite athlete. “ I am extremely grateful and proud of the relationships I have with my sons,” Katrina.

(5 years) Athlete Wellbeing Advisor, NSW Institute of Sport

Provided support to elite athletes to help them be the best version of themselves. This included HSC management, HSC study & planning skills, time management, planning & organisational skills, goal setting skills, career decision making & career management skills, communication skills, positive mindset skills, relationship management skills.

(4 years) Senior Career Consultant, Australian College of Physical Education

Integrated career management into 6 degrees at the university. Provided individual career coaching sessions to students and ran career management workshops.

(10 years) Corporate Careers Consultant

Provided career transition coaching to executives & management who became redundant from their roles. Dealing with change and support to gain a new job.
